Unfortunately, I know that I am not the only one that has experienced loss, grief, and pain in life. I understand how daily stressors can pile up and then we are left feeling lost in a sea of overwhelming emotions. I aim to create a non-judgmental space, where you can put down the weight of the world and focus on your self-care. I want to be a positive voice that helps you get back in touch with the things that you are passionate about.

About Me

I am Tiffany Richardson, The Wellness Champion. I love learning and I believe life is the greatest teacher. Throughout my experiences I have learned that the world needs more love and kindness. My mother was sowed the seed for that thought. She was always kind and pleasant even while fighting cancer up to her final moments. My mom is the biggest inspiration behind The Wellness Champion. I wanted to use my experience as a special education teacher and merge it with what I learned during my yoga teacher training. This is how virtual wellness sessions were formed. I wanted to make wellness accessible to everyone. I focus mostly on teaching yoga for beginners because I love making in the moment modifications in order to make yoga accessible to every BODY. I understand that yoga can be intimidating, I have yet to step foot in an actual yoga studio. The journey to wellness can vary from person to person and I believe that with creative planning, you can find an authentic way to increase your overall wellness. I believe that sometimes the weight of responsibilities can make it difficult to sustain an elaborate self-care routine. I want to create a safe space for women to vent and learn ways to reestablish their self care. Honestly, you already have what you need to be successful! I want to be your champion- that positive force of energy that acknowledges your accomplishments and progress along the way. I know what it is like to feel invisible. In our sessions you are seen, you are heard, and your journey matters to me. I can not wait to meet you and get to know your goals!
